Allow me to introduce myself!
I live in Point Loma and love to help buyers and sellers in our Peninsula community including Ocean Beach. I can also help you in many surrounding areas. I have helped folks find their dream home in Tierrasanta, Clairemont, Mission Valley, Mira Mesa, Rancho Penasquitos, Bay Park, Downtown, Rancho San Diego, North Park, Pacific Beach, Eastlake, and virtually all over San Diego. Families have trusted me to effectively market their properties in these areas and more. I know the many communities of America's Finest City and welcome the opportunity to share my expertise with you.
I am an active member of my community and serve on the Board of the Point Loma Association and served as chair for the last two years. I help sponsor the Point Loma Concert Series and contribute to and support many civic and charitable activities. I am a member of SOHO (Save Our Heritage Organization, Friends of the Point Loma Library, The Cabrillo Foundation, a board member of the La Playa Trail Association, and a proud member of La Playa Yacht Club!
San Diego Association of Realtors honored me with a "Community Volunteer Award" for the past two years and I was extremely honored when our councilperson, Kevin Faulconer, announced that May 22, 2007 was "Patti Adams Day" in San Diego for my contributions to the city.
Professionally, I am a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors,,Mission Bay Real Estate Association and both the California and National Associations of Realtors. I am also a member of and served on the Board of the Point Loma Ocean Beach Realty Association.These affiliations provide me with educational and networking opportunities that benefit my clients.
Prior to entering the Real Estate field over a decade ago, I was a Senior Vice President and District Manager for San Diego Federal/Great American Bank and later, Wells Fargo Bank. During this time I became a Certified Financial Planner. The skills I developed during that course of study and profession help me to safeguard my clients as they buy and sell real estate.
Recently, I acheived accreditation as a Staging Professional which helps me to help my clients sell their homes faster and for more money by ensuring their home is shown in its best light.
